"As a small business owner it is always hard to hand over any aspect of your business"

Being a small business owner I felt I was doing all the right things regarding social media. I had a Facebook page and Instagram account which I would manage to post on about twice a week. I would combine photos with descriptions of my products etc. I then found as my business grew social media was falling further down the to do list. I soon realised for my business to expand its audience I needed to concentrate on my core skills and these were creating and developing my product range for my customers to enjoy.

Over the last few months Mustard Digital Marketing have guided me through the process of increasing our social media presence and how important it is. Within the first week I had received two zoom meetings with Craig from Mustard to discuss my business ethics and direction and how these could be communicated over my existing social media channels. A month on, traffic through my website has increased considerable and interest in my local area for my small business has in turn increased. Being a small business owner it is always hard to hand over any aspect of your business but I am still very much involved through regular meetings and discussing ideas with the Mustard Digital Marketing team. There is no way I could produce the professionally designed photos and content which now appear on my social media myself and the analysis after each post is so valuable.
